In the first phase of a new ‘career reinvention programme’, it’s open for applications from anyone who has taken a career break of two years or more, with the aim of initially recruiting 10 people into a wide range of technology roles – including flexible hours and part time options – based in the North West of England. And it said it would “significantly” expand the initiative next year as it works to further increase diversity within its technology team.
